All web design, web development, mobile application development, software development, hosting services, and website maintenance are completed and accepted only after thorough analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope document. This eliminates the possibility of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute.
A reimbursement for the work that has already been assigned to Techware Technologies is not possible because both the client and Techware Technologies are aware that effort is required to complete each module and reach each project milestone.
Custom design projects and the aforementioned services need payments from the client, which are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or delayed, Equal Techware Technologies retains all fees paid; however, the customer may be responsible for paying a price for any additional work performed.
Your service and/or project will be suspended without prior notice if we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (such as a PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank.
Before service is restored, data are delivered, or any more work is done, a $50 chargeback fee (issued to recoup fees passed on to us by the credit company), together with any unpaid balances acquired as a result of the chargeback(s), must be paid in full.

It is never appropriate or lawful to request a chargeback or file a PayPal dispute for a legitimate charge made by us, and doing so is fraud. Before making a payment, kindly read and make sure you comprehend our refund policy.
We are willing to collaborate with you, and as soon as your agreement is received, we move on and provide your work in progress. The money you have already paid is therefore not refundable if you decide to change your mind after confirmation. There is no provision for any form of return because we contact with our customers, try to address all of their questions, and only begin work after getting their consent.
